Veterinary Tax for Georgia Pet Owners?

Spay Neuter SOS wants to make all Georgia residents aware of a veterinary tax our legislators are trying to pass.  A joint legislative committee has introduced a bill to tax veterinary services, which could cause pet owners to see a 7%-8% increase in vet bills.  Currently in our great state, veterinary services are not taxed but medications and supplies are.  They need to hear from all pet owners who are their constituents.  Please take time to write or call your congressman and tell them you OPPOSE this bill.  You can click here to locate your legislator.
